According to Voice of America, the airlines plan to stop services to Juba because of customer complaints.
Passengers have been complaining about the disorganized state of Juba International Airport, with some even being forced to stand their ground to protect their luggage from thieves.
One passenger, Kuach Pech, revealed that he had lost a carton of books after traveling from Entebbe to Juba aboard Ethiopian Airlines. Despite reporting the incident to airlines staff in Juba, he is yet to get back his luggage a year later.
