Manchester United and England forward Marcus Rashford has been in scintillating form, scoring nine goals in his last 10 games for both clubs.
Published on November 19, 2019, Rashford attributed his return to form to a consistent run of games, stating, "It has been a tough period and now I’m getting consistent games and playing week in, week out."
As a forward, Rashford emphasized the importance of being in the team and playing regularly, saying, "If you are not in the team and you’re in and out, you don’t quite have that confidence in front of goal. But when you’re having a run in the team it’s important to come up with the goods and once you start doing that it becomes second nature."
England's recent success, with 11 goals scored in their last two Euro 2020 qualifiers, has also been a factor in Rashford's resurgence. He noted, "With the qualities that every individual has in this team it is something we have to use to our advantage."
As Rashford continues to contribute to England's attacking prowess, he remains focused on doing his best when on the pitch, saying, "It is good competition."
