Published on November 19, 2019, Ghanaian counselor Counsellor George Lutterodt has sparked controversy with his claim that men who spoil their women with money never go broke.

According to Lutterodt, men who desire to achieve success in life should consider spending a lot on their women, as this will lead to their wealth increasing in multiple measures.

"Your wife is your biggest investment and if you spend generously on her, the profits will also multiply generously," Lutterodt noted in an interview on Rainbow Radio.

Despite being blacklisted by the Ghana Psychological Council, Lutterodt remains unapologetic about his views, which have been welcomed by women in Kenya.

"Invest more so that you get more, that is a common rule in business that all men are aware of," said Mary Nyokabi, chair of the Nairobi women association.
