Chris Msando, the ICT director at IEBC who was brutally murdered in July 2017, had a son with a woman from the United Kingdom, Tracy Farrar.
According to reports, Msando sired a boy named Jacob, who is now 15 years old and an aspiring athlete and footballer.
Ms Farrar, 39, has been unable to pay $20,000 in private school fees for Jacob, which was a commitment made by Msando before his death.
Ms Farrar has stated that it was a 'whole-of-family effort' to support Jacob's schooling, with even her late grandmother contributing.
However, Ms Farrar is now facing a court judgment obtained by the college over accrued interest charges and legal fees, and is due in court next Friday.
