November 18, 2019, marked a significant day for Kambua, a popular TV host, as she returned to Citizen TV's Rauka Show after a three-month maternity leave.
During her time away, her co-hosts Ken the DJ and Kawira Laura held down the fort, and Kambua expressed her gratitude for their hard work.
'You guys have been doing such a great job. My Sunday mornings were covered,' she said, congratulating her colleagues.
Upon her return, Kambua was surprised with a cake written 'Welcome Back Kambua' by Holy Dave and Timeless Noel, which also coincided with her birthday.
Her fans were thrilled to see her back on TV, and she took to social media to announce her comeback, writing, 'So happy to be back on #RAUKA! TBH I wish I could just stay home a little longer with my toto, but I gotta do what I gotta do, right???♀️ Thank you for all who tuned in, and thank you to the Gospel Sunday fam for the birthday love! #MAMANATE.'
