Former Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe has blocked a Twitter user who brought up the case of Jowie, a suspect in the murder of Monica Kimani.
According to reports, the Twitter user had claimed that the High Court had unfairly denied Jowie bail, citing a perceived bias in the decision-making process.
However, Maribe has denied these allegations, stating that she was not involved in the decision-making process and that the court's decision was based on the evidence presented.
Maribe's decision to block the Twitter user has sparked a heated debate among her fans, with some calling for her to remain neutral and not engage with critics.
"Wambui_glory tafadhali usinitaje kwa mambo usiyoyajua, asante," Maribe had told the Twitter user before blocking them.
Maribe's fans have also been advised to remain calm and not engage with critics, with one fan suggesting that she should focus on her work and not get involved in online debates.
