On November 17, 2019, a 50-year-old man from Nyamira County, Charles Moseti, was found dead in God Okombo Village, Kasewe Location, Rachuonyo East Sub County, Homa Bay County.
Moseti, who was serving as a caretaker at one of the homes in the village, had allegedly prepared his grave some months prior to his death.
According to Rachuonyo East Sub County Police Commander Charles Barasa, Moseti had dug a grave at his home early in the year in preparation for his demise.
However, Barasa stated that there was no evidence linking Moseti's death to any external cause, and the police boss emphasized that the investigation was ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The body was taken to Rachuonyo South Sub County hospital mortuary in Oyugis town for further examination.
