Removing mould from shower tiles can be a daunting task, but one woman has shared a clever solution that requires minimal effort and costs just £2.
According to a post on a cleaning tips and tricks Facebook group, the woman initially posted a photo of her mouldy grouting, asking fellow members for suggestions on how to get them looking good as new.
Many people responded with ideas, including using toilet bowl cleaner and re-sealing the tiles, but it wasn't until she tried soaking cotton wool in bleach and leaving it overnight that she achieved the desired results.
She re-shared her original photo alongside a new one showing the impressive difference, saying: "Thank you to everyone who has commented. I used cotton wool and bleach and have attached photos of the results. Wow!"
Dozens of people liked her post, with one person commenting: "This is amazing!"
