The victory gave the Warriors a points tally of 42, leaving Wazalendo, who had played an extra game, with 33 points.
Butali's head coach, Denis Owaka, expressed his delight at the title win, saying, 'Big win for us especially winning the title against Wazalendo who have been giving us a run. I am happy that we have retained the title.'
