On Friday night, University of Nairobi's Terrorists and Kenyatta University Pirates secured their spots in the men's Division One League play-offs semi-finals after a thrilling 2-1 win over their opponents in the quarter-finals in Nairobi.
Terrorists, who have previously featured in the top league, sounded a warning of their return to the men's Premier League next year by winning their decisive Game Three matches.
They will face Zetech Titans in the best-of-five series semi-final, while Pirates will battle it out with Africa Nazarene University in the second semi-final.
Terrorists needed overtime to eliminate Strathmore University with a hard-fought 83-76 victory in Game Three, after both teams were locked at 71-71 in regular time.
Strathmore University will have themselves to blame after throwing away a huge 44-26 lead at the breather, which they failed to recover from in the fourth quarter.
