Churchill Show Comedian Othuol Othuol Opens Up About TB Struggle

Comedian Othuol Othuol has shared his personal story of struggling with tuberculosis, a disease that left him weak and unable to perform in the Churchill Show.

According to Othuol, he was diagnosed with TB in April 2019, after which he underwent medication for over six months. He was eventually tested and found to have been healed from the disease.

However, the comedian revealed that the disease had a significant impact on his finances, as he was unable to work and earn a living. He also lost some of his friends, who eventually stopped supporting him after a few months.

Despite the challenges he faced, Othuol expressed gratitude to his fans who stood by him during his dark moment, sending him money through Mpesa to help him with his living expenses.

He also thanked Daniel Ndanbuki and the Laugh Industry for taking care of his medical bills, and Churchill for taking him to the hospital.

As Othuol continues to recover from his illness, he has vowed to use his platform to raise awareness about the importance of saving and financial planning, especially for entertainers who may face unexpected expenses.

He also shared his past struggles with alcoholism, revealing that he used to sell his valuables to finance his drinking habit. However, he has since overcome his addiction and is now focused on his recovery and well-being.
