Kenyan politics is set to get more interesting in 2022 with Raila Odinga's youngest daughter Winnie hinting at running for the Lang'ata parliamentary seat.

Her interest in the seat stems from ODM's win in the concluded Kibra parliamentary by-election, which was part of the larger Lang'ata constituency before it was divided.

Winnie, who has expressed her desire to follow in her father's footsteps, subtly revealed her interest through a tweet, even as some ODM leaders exuded confidence in winning the Lang'ata constituency seat from Jubilee Party's Nixon Korir.
