Published on November 15, 2019, a study conducted by German scientist Karen Weatherby has sparked controversy with its findings that staring at women's breasts can have numerous health benefits for men.
The study, which involved 500 men over a period of five years, found that those who stared at breasts for at least 10 minutes daily had lower rates of heart problems, slower resting heart rates, and lower blood pressure.
According to Weatherby, 'Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female every day is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out.'
When compared to the control group, men who stared at breasts daily showed significant improvements in their cardiovascular health, including lower blood pressure, slower resting pulse rates, and fewer instances of coronary artery disease.
Interestingly, they also reported a higher appetite and were generally happier.
Weatherby further stated that 'Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulation. Gazing at breasts makes men healthier and engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack by half.'
She also claimed that by consistently staring at breasts, the average man can extend his life for four to five years.
