On November 14, 2019, Chipukeezy took to social media to express his grief over the death of comedian Njenga Mswahili.

He penned a heartfelt message, stating that the entertainment industry is guilty of murder, citing the act of terminating a life before it fully develops.

Chipukeezy went on to add that bloggers are guilty of murder, saying that they wait to chew up comedians and that negativity sells for bloggers.

He also accused the corporate world of paying peanuts to artists and not respecting the worth of art.

Chipukeezy believes that the untimely deaths of Njenga Mswahili and AKA Ayieya could have been avoided if the system, media, industry, and corporates had supported and owned their own.

He concluded by saying, 'I am GUILTY, you are GUILTY. Thou Shall not Kill! RIP.'
