On November 14, 2019, the entertainment industry lost a talented comedian, Njenga Mswahili, who was best known for his appearances on the Churchill show.

Njenga's untimely death occurred under unclear circumstances, with his body found on a railway line in Dagoretti.

His mother, Susan Maria Njoki, and brother, Simon Kamau Njoki, were overcome with emotions and unable to give an interview.

During the burial, Njenga was remembered as a jovial, respectful, peaceful, and go-getting individual.

Laugh Industry released a statement shedding light on the circumstances surrounding his death, stating that he was found dead on the railway tracks after being hit by a train.

According to Laugh Industry, Njenga had been struggling with his well-being and had been involved in a rehabilitation program with the support of his family and friends.
