Username Investments, a leading real estate company, has kicked off the festive season with a unique campaign aimed at providing affordable housing solutions to young families.

As part of the 'Christmas Mbuzi with Username' campaign, the company is offering a guaranteed goat to over 1,000 young families who invest in affordable land in November and December. The campaign is a two-month opportunity for investors to achieve their 2019 investment goals at a discounted price and enjoy their Christmas holiday.

According to Reuben Kimani, the CEO of Username Investments, the informal sector, which constitutes 82.7% of employment, needs a place to call home the most. He added that the company's desire this season is to give such families an opportunity to own a home and enjoy their holiday.

Username Investments is targeting this population by offering high-potential land with prices as low as Ksh 149,000 during this season. The company has delivered over 37 projects and issued over 6,202 title deeds to Kenyans living locally and abroad.

As part of the campaign, all investors investing during this period will qualify for a chance to win a fully paid holiday trip for 2 to Thailand, Mombasa, and Maasai Mara among other amazing prizes. The ultimate winner for a holiday trip will be determined through a draw that will be done in January 2020.

Username Investments also launched its new Head Office in Le'mac Building, Westlands, which is expected to improve the working environment for the company's staff and ensure that clients are served in an effective and efficient manner.
