Published on November 14, 2019, Lordship Africa's 88 Nairobi Condominium is a 44-floor residential tower that will change Nairobi's Upper Hill skyline.
Located in Nairobi, Kenya, the tower is part of a larger project by Prague-based Lordship Africa, aiming to bring a taste of New York, London, or Dubai to the city.
According to Anuj Kale, CEO of Lordship Africa, the tower will offer exquisite studios, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as executive apartments, with prices ranging from Sh8.5 million to Sh34 million.
Residents will enjoy amenities such as gyms, spas, a 21-metre heated pool, a VIP sky lounge, and a helipad.
Despite the cooling off of Nairobi's real estate sector, Kale remains confident in the project's viability, citing the success of their pilot project, Karen Hills, a master-planned gated community with palatial houses overlooking the Ngong Hills.
With a master's degree in real estate finance from New York University, Kale's drive to succeed is rooted in his father's accomplishments as a seasoned architect in New York.
With a projected completion date of 36 months and a cost of Sh5 billion, the 88 Nairobi Condominium is set to be a game-changer in Nairobi's real estate market.
