On November 14, 2019, rumors spread like wildfire on social media that Kenyan rapper CMB Prezzo, also known as Jackson Ngechu Makini, had been admitted to Karen hospital following a sexual assault incident.
The allegations claimed that Prezzo had been drugged and raped by three women, who were reportedly his business partners.
According to reports shared on Ugandan tabloid Xclusive UG and Tanzanian gossip site The Citizen, the women had been arrested by the police at Karen Police Station.
However, Prezzo has since denied the claims, accusing the media outlets of spreading falsehoods and tarnishing his name.
In a statement, Prezzo vowed to investigate the matter further and take action against those responsible for the allegations.
