Published on November 14, 2019, TUKO.co.ke recently uncovered photos of Waihiga Mwaura's early days as a young and lanky actor in a local TV series.
Waihiga Mwaura, a talented actor and now a renowned news anchor, was part of the cast in the popular local TV series 'The Team' which aired on Citizen TV in 2010.
He played the role of a member of a football club who was in love with a fellow lady teammate in the series.
Waihiga Mwaura was not the only popular name in the programme as it also featured the current Ziwani MCA Millicent Wambui and revered journalist Eddy Njoroge.
Also in the cast was Inspekta Mwala actor Nguree, who recently revealed in an interview that Waihiga and him go way back.
