Sarah Cohen Seeks Court Permission to Visit Home, Collect Belongings

On November 13, 2019, Sarah Cohen appeared in court, seeking permission to visit her home in the upscale Kitsuru area to collect some of her belongings.

She told the court that she needs to collect her two dogs, some wine, clothes, fuel, electronics, and other personal items from her home.

However, Sarah warned that if she is not allowed to visit her home, her wine may spoil, which could lead to further complications.

Through her lawyer, Philip Murgo, Sarah also asked the court to direct the DCI to return her car, citing that her life has become too expensive due to relying on other people's cars.

It is worth noting that Sarah has been a suspect in the murder of her husband, Tob Cohen, and was arrested after investigators found evidence linking her to the crime.

After her arrest, the body of her husband was found in a septic tank at their home in the upscale Kitsuru area.

According to the DCI, Sarah's co-accused, Peter Karanja, was the one who helped locate the body.

As a result, the court has prohibited Sarah from visiting her home, citing that it is a crime scene.
