On June 30, 2019, a man's body fell from a Kenya Airways plane into a garden in an affluent London suburb, sparking a mystery that would soon lead to the identification of the victim as Paul Manyasi.
However, in a shocking twist, Paul's father, Isaac Manyasi, has come forward to deny claims that his son is dead, stating that he is alive and living in Nairobi.
Speaking to KTN News on Wednesday, Isaac denied that Paul was his son, claiming that the photo shown to him was not of his son and that Paul had left home in 2016 to live in Nairobi.
Isaac, who hails from Kakamega, stated that he had not spoken to his son since July 2017 and that Sky News had interviewed him on the matter.
He also revealed that his son's name was not Paul Manyasi, but Cedrick Shivanji, and that he was planning to travel to Nairobi to reunite with his son.
Isaac's denial has raised questions about the identity of the stowaway victim and the circumstances surrounding his death.
