On November 13, 2019, Kenyan artist Jackson Ngechu Makini, alias 'Prezzo', was hospitalized at Karen Hospital in Nairobi after being allegedly drugged and gang raped by three women.
According to reports, Prezzo was injected with an overdose of cocaine and Viagra before the incident occurred.
Police have apprehended the three suspects, Vivian Mutheu, Patricia Nduta, and Ruth Macharia, for questioning. The suspects are reportedly business partners of the singer.
Rebecca Osotsi, an officer at Karen Police Station, stated, 'We have apprehended all the three ladies for questioning. Vivian Mutheu, Patricia Nduta and Ruth Macharia are the suspects behind the evil act. Our intel reveals they are all business partners to the singer.'
Prezzo's hospitalization is the latest in a string of incidents involving male musicians using stimulants to boost their bedroom prowess in Kenya.
