On the set of the popular Real Househelps of Kawangware TV show, romance is brewing between actors Michireti and Shiphira. The two have been dating for seven years and are now planning their wedding, which is set to take place in February next year.
Michireti, whose real name is David Marucha, plays the role of a watchman on the show, while Shiphira, whose real name is Wambui wa Wanjiku, portrays a well-off tenant who frequently clashes with her househelp, Awiti.
Speaking to Mpasho, Shiphira shared her thoughts on her relationship with Michireti, saying, "WE’VE BEEN DATING FOR SEVEN YEARS NOW AND OUR WEDDING IS NEXT YEAR FEBRUARY. WE HAVE A FIVE-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER TOGETHER."
Shiphira also praised her partner, describing him as a "VERY LOVING, CARING AND GOOD FAMILY MAN." The two met in college and have been living together for four years.
Their upcoming wedding has been met with congratulations from their colleagues, including Awiti, who took to social media to wish them well. Awiti wrote, "#COUPLE GOALS… JUST WANT TO WISH YOU GUYS ALL THE BEST IN YOUR UPCOMING WEDDING AND MANY MORE BABIES…JUST LOVE HOW @SHIPHIRA SHOUTS AT U ON SET AND AT HOME ANAFUA HADI BOXER @MICHIRETI LOVE YOU GUYS."
