Mombasa Hospital in Kenya was engulfed in a massive fire, with photos of the blaze spreading rapidly on social media.
At the time of the incident, the cause of the fire had not been established, but emergency services were quickly on the scene to put out the flames and assist with evacuations.
Red Cross Mombasa and Eplus were among the organizations providing aid and support to patients and staff.
A video shared online showed the extent of the damage, with flames licking away at sections of the hospital's building.
