On Saturday night, 18 students from Kobala Mixed Secondary School in Rachuonyo North Sub County sneaked out of school to go dancing at the neighboring Kobuya Location.

According to Wang'chieng' Location Chief Peter Agunga, the candidates used a wooden ladder to escape from the school by placing it on the fence and climbing out.

After their dancing spree, the students allegedly camped at a home in Wang'chieng' Location where one of them comes from.

Concerned members of the public reported the matter to Chief Agunga's office, leading to the students' detention.

Fortunately, the candidates are now back in school and currently undertaking the remaining examinations.
