Coast Region security agencies have made significant strides in their campaign against narcotic drugs and illicit brew, with 1,179 suspects arrested in the past few months.
According to a report released on November 10, 2019, a total of 10kg of heroin and cocaine was seized between August and November 8, in addition to other illegal substances such as bhang, chang'aa, and Kangara.
