On November 9, 2019, Kambua marked her return to social media after a three-month hiatus, coinciding with her birthday. The singer's joy was doubled as she welcomed a new addition to her family, baby Nathaniel Muhoro Mathu.
Sharing her gratitude, Kambua quoted a scripture, thanking God for remembering her, just as He did for Sarah and Hannah who had waited long for children.
