Published on November 8, 2019, Andrew Kibe, a popular radio host, has a past in politics that he often reminisces about.

Back in 2013, Kibe ran for the Langata MP seat under Mudavadi's party but lost to Joash Olum in the 2012 elections.

During a recent discussion on the morning show 'Kiss with Kamene and Kibe', Kibe shared his experience, highlighting the lack of support he received from his party leader.

According to Kibe, Mudavadi did not campaign for him, and he was left with minimal resources, including only Ksh. 50,000 from a supporter named Githae to fuel his campaign.

Despite the challenges, Kibe has moved on from his political days and now focuses on his career as a radio host.

He has also learned to distinguish between true friends and fake ones, a lesson he gained from his past experiences.
