On November 7, 2019, Kibra constituency witnessed a chaotic day of voting in its by-election, which has now given way to vote counting.
According to Hussein Marjan, acting CEO of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), results from polling stations are being transmitted manually to the tallying centre.
Twenty-four candidates are vying for the 118,658 votes in the Kibra by-election.
