Results are now being tallied in the Kibra parliamentary by-election, which concluded earlier today.

According to the latest figures from the tallying center in Woodley, ODM candidate Bernard Otieno Okoth (Imran) is currently in the lead, followed closely by Jubilee's McDonald Mariga, ANC's Eliud Owalo, and Khamisi Butichi.

With approximately 118,000 registered voters in the Kibra constituency, the by-election was called after the death of then-MP Ken Okoth from colorectal cancer in July 2019.
