On November 7, 2019, Angelina Okoth, the mother of the late Kibra MP Ken Okoth, arrived at Kibra Primary School polling station to cast her vote.

Her son Bernard 'Imran' Okoth is seeking to succeed his late brother, who passed away in July, in the ongoing election.

Before entering politics, Bernard served as his brother's personal assistant and also managed the national constituency development fund.

Earlier in the day, Ken Okoth's wife, Monica Okoth, cast her ballot at Old Kibra Primary School.
