Published on November 7, 2019, Aden Duale, the leader of the North Kenya region, has rejected the 2019 census results, claiming they are inaccurate and biased towards certain areas.

According to Duale, the census results show that the North Kenya region has a lower population compared to the 2009 census, which he claims is impossible given the region's high birth rate.

He also alleged that the census results were manipulated to favor certain areas, particularly Nairobi, Kiambu, and Nakuru, which have the highest population in the country.

"We cannot accept these results because they do not reflect the true population of the North Kenya region," Duale said.

He threatened to take the matter to court, stating that the census results were manipulated to favor certain areas.

"We will go to court next week to challenge these results," Duale said.

He also accused the government of manipulating the census results to favor certain areas, particularly the Central Kenya region and the Rift Valley.
