London's O2 Arena is set to host the ATP Finals tournament, starting on Sunday, with a star-studded lineup that includes Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer, who have been drawn in the same group.

Five-time winner Djokovic and six-time winner Federer will face off against Dominic Thiem and Matteo Berrettini in their group.

Meanwhile, world number one Rafael Nadal is in a group with Daniil Medvedev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Alexander Zverev.

Despite pulling out of last week's Paris Masters due to a 'small' abdominal injury, Nadal has confirmed he plans to compete in London, where he could lose his position as year-end number one.

According to the ATP rankings, Nadal overtook Djokovic at the top spot this week, but Djokovic will regain the position if he wins two group-stage matches and reaches the final.

The ATP Finals are the season-ending championships featuring the year's eight best players, held at London's O2 Arena since 2009.

Britain's Joe Salisbury and partner Rajeev Ram are also competing in the doubles competition, taking on Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus in the opening match on Sunday.
