On November 6, 2019, a bizarre incident occurred in Laikipia County, Kenya, where a police officer, Harrison Karagu, jumped out of a window in a fit of fear triggered by a nightmare.
According to a police report, Karagu, attached to Nanyuki Police Station, went to sleep normally but had a nightmare at around 10 pm, prompting him to jump through the window of his house.
The window, which had no grills, was 3 meters above the ground, and Karagu plunged to the ground, sustaining deep cuts on both arms and legs.
He was immediately rushed to Nanyuki Referral Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.
The incident was reported to Nanyuki Police Station in Laikipia East Sub-County under the OB No. 3/5/11/19.
