The top five teams, comprising Liverpool, Manchester City, Leicester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal, remained unchanged despite the outcome of their respective games.
Manchester United dropped to 10th position after losing to Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium, while the Cherries climbed to 7th place.
Crystal Palace lost their place in the top-six following their 2-0 loss to Leicester at Selhurst Park, while Brighton retained 8th place after a 2-0 win over Norwich.
Sheffield United advanced to 6th place after thrashing Burnley 3-0, while Wolves settled for 11th position following their draw with Arsenal.
Newcastle's 3-2 win over West Ham moved them four points above the relegation spot, while Aston Villa and Everton are tied with 11 points in the 16th and 17th positions.
Watford, rooted to the bottom of the log, remain the only Premier League club without a win this season, with Southampton and Norwich placed in 18th and 19th.
