Home Afrika, a leading real estate company based in Nairobi, Kenya, has strengthened its board with the appointment of two new non-executive directors. Mr. Peter Mungai Ndung'u and Mrs. Kendi Ogamba joined the board on October 31st, 2019.
Mr. Mungai, a seasoned leader, holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mrs. Ogamba, a respected lawyer, holds a Bachelor of Law Degree. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Home Afrika is listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) under the 'Growth Enterprise Market Segment' (GEMS). The company engages in the development and sale of real estate properties.
As reported by Kenyan Wall Street and Kenyan Wall Street, Home Afrika has faced challenges in the past, including a KSh95 million pretax loss in the first six months of 2019.
