Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili, popularly known as Babu Owino, has been hospitalized after developing health complications.
According to reports, the youthful MP had been ailing for the last one week and had been hospitalized earlier on.
On November 3, 2019, the vocal MP took to Facebook to update his fans on his health, posting a photo of himself lying in the radiology unit of a hospital in Nairobi waiting for treatment.
"May God heal me because I must lead this nation someday," wrote the MP in a Facebook post.
The fiery legislator has been missing in action at various campaign rallies organized by ODM to campaign for its Kibra constituency by-election candidate Bernard Imran Okoth.
