Published on November 2, 2019, a woman from Kiambu county made a sensational claim that she is eight months pregnant with the child of world marathoner Eliud Kipchoge.
Identified as Karen Nyambu, she alleges that she had a one-night stand with the celebrated marathoner in Eldoret town, which resulted in her conceiving.
According to Karen, she and Kipchoge had a brief encounter, but she claims it was love at first sight. She further stated that she didn't even have his mobile number or know his real name, but she remembered him immediately when she saw him on TV.
Karen has made a demand that she wants to be the first person to hug Eliud Kipchoge on his return to the country, claiming it is only fair that she is given an opportunity to tightly hug the father of her unborn child.
