On November 2, 2019, Catherine Achoke made history by emerging the overall winner of the KCB Corporate Golf Day at Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club.

Playing off a handicap of 16, Achoke fired an impressive 44 stable points to beat Edwin Kinyua, who came in second with 42 points.

Nelson Githinji finished in third place with 39 points, while E. Nyaga was awarded the guest winner title.

Among the staff winners, Allan Kirui emerged as the best staff winner with 36 points, while Timothy Kuria, KCB Bank Kenya's Corporate Head of Energy and Natural Resources, came in second with 35 points.

The ladies also had a chance to shine, with Dr. Nyakango emerging as the best lady winner with 35 points, and Dr. Muhanda coming in second with 34 points.

The KCB Corporate Golf Day is part of the bank's 2019 golf series, which has been ongoing since the beginning of the year across various clubs in the country.
