Former President Daniel Moi's health has sparked widespread concern, with a group of top Tanga-Tanga politicians visiting his Kabarak home on November 1, 2019, to inquire about his well-being.
However, they were met with resistance from security officers, who instructed them not to allow anyone to access Moi's home or talk to any of the present family members.
‘We were instructed not to allow anyone to access Moi’s home or even talk to any of the present family members’, said one of the security officers.
Despite their efforts, the politicians were unable to meet or talk to any relative of the former Head of State, leading them to accuse Baringo Senator Gideon Moi of being responsible for their misfortunes.
Lee Njiru, the Moi family spokesman, has rubbished all the negative speculations about the health of Former President Moi, stating that he is conscious and alert about his surroundings.
He has advised Kenyans to treat any news as hogwash and wish Mzee Nyayo all the best as he undergoes treatment.
