McDonald Mariga's Unconventional Campaign Strategy in Kibra By-Election

As the Kibra by-election heats up, candidates are using various strategies to win over voters. One such strategy is the use of unconventional methods, such as visiting a construction site to campaign.

On November 1, 2019, McDonald Mariga, the Jubilee Party candidate, visited a construction site in Kibra, where he interacted with young people and encouraged them to vote for him.

However, not everyone was pleased with Mariga's approach. Some social media users expressed their disappointment and skepticism about his campaign strategy.

"Uchaguzi huo wa Kibra umewavutia wagombea 23 lakini ushindani mkali uko kati ya vyama vya Jubilee, ANC na ODM," said a social media user.

Other candidates, including Gavana wa Mombasa Hassan Joho, who led a team of ODM supporters to campaign for Imran Okoth, and Eliud Owalo of ANC, who was also seeking to win over voters, are also using various strategies to win the election.
