On Wednesday, Kibra MP aspirant McDonald Mariga visited DP Ruto's residence in Karen for blessings. He was prayed for by DP Ruto's wife Rachel at their National Prayer Altar.
According to Rachel Ruto, Mariga visited the National Prayer Altar during their weekly Prayer and fasting fellowship. She shared photos of the moment, praying for Mariga as he runs for the seat of member of parliament for Kibra constituency.
Rachel Ruto posted a Bible verse, Psalms 20:1-9 NKJV, and wrote, 'Save, Lord! May the King answer us when we call.'
Mariga is hopeful that Kibra people will vote for him come November 7.
