Pep Guardiola: Premier League's Highest Paid Manager

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is not only one of the best managers in the Premier League, but he is also the highest paid, earning an annual salary of £20 million (KSh 2.7 billion).

Guardiola joined Manchester City in February 2016, succeeding Manuel Pellegrini, and has since brought a remarkable revolution to the club, replicating his successful Barcelona tactics.

According to Sun UK, Guardiola earns significantly more than other managers in the Premier League, with Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino coming in second with £8.5 million (KSh 1.1 billion) and Manchester United's Ole Gunner Solskjaer third with £7.5 million (KSh 1 billion).

Guardiola's impressive managerial exploits have seen Manchester City become an indomitable side, but despite his financial success, he still has work to do in terms of accolades, having been surprisingly excluded from the five-man shortlist for the Manager of the Year prize at the Globe Soccer Awards.

Guardiola guided Manchester City to a domestic treble, winning the Premier League title, the Carabao Cup, and the FA Cup, as well as the Community Shield.
