Reggae musician Christopher Martin is set to return to Nairobi in December for a major concert, where he will thrill his fans with his music.

According to Nairobi News, Martin confirmed his visit in a video, two weeks after the news of his return broke.

Currently in New York, US, where he is holding a string of shows, Martin spoke to Nairobi News on phone, sharing a message with Kenyan ladies ahead of his concert.

"Yes, I will be there on the 7th December as announced. I am returning with so much love and hope to receive some love from my Kenyan fans. Let's make the weekend a loving weekend hoping to see all my Kenyan ladies," Chris Martin said.

Organized by Umoja Splash Festival, the concert is set for 7th December 2019, although the venue is yet to be confirmed.

This will be Martin's second visit to Kenya, eight years after his first visit in March 2011, where he performed at the Carnivore grounds.
