Colchester United, a League Two side, has been handed a trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in the fifth round of the Carabao Cup.
They secured their quarter-final tie with Man United after knocking Tottenham out of the competition on penalties and seeing off Crawley in the last-16.
Meanwhile, Oxford United, the only other non-Premier League team left in the competition, will host Manchester City in their quarter-final tie.
They have already eliminated top-flight opponents, beating West Ham 4-0 and then winning a shootout against Sunderland.
Additionally, Liverpool are in talks with the EFL to have their last-eight tie with Aston Villa moved due to a scheduling conflict with the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar.
Everton and Leicester City will face off in the final quarter-final tie, with the match set to take place at Goodison Park.
