Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been at the receiving end of threats from Kapseret Legislator Oscar Sudi, who has vowed to circumcise him before December.
The move, according to Sudi, is a response to Babu's disrespect for Deputy President William Ruto.
"He has disrespected the Deputy President for long and now, our plans to circumcise him are ready," Sudi revealed.
He added that the exercise will be carried out whether Babu Owino embraces it or not, saying that even though he may not have the will for it, they have the means to compel him to succumb to their demands.
On October 31, 2019, Sudi emphasized that they're willing to incorporate the full support of the government to help them monitor, closely, the Embakasi East member of parliament.
The Kapseret Legislator disclosed their reasons to have Babu forced through circumcision, describing Babu as a 'rubbid dog' that urgently required special attention before it infected the whole world with its venomous virus.
He likened Babu to an adult who possessed a juvenile's mind and reasoning, a factor that necessitated their recommendation for his compulsory circumcision.
