Published on October 31, 2019, a fresh price guide report by HassConsult Real Estate has shed light on the costliest and cheapest plots in Nairobi and its satellite towns.

According to the report, land prices in Nairobi's satellite towns have seen a substantial increase over the years. In 2007, the average value of land in Nairobi suburbs was Sh. 30.3 million, a figure that rose to Sh. 193.1 million in 2019.

This represents a staggering 6.4 times increase in land prices, making it a significant concern for potential buyers and developers.
