Actress Viola Davis has been open about her weight struggles in the past, often feeling pressured to conform to industry standards of body image.

However, at 54, Davis has found a more balanced approach to fitness, one that emphasizes self-acceptance and overall health.

"I'm like every other woman. I'd love to be 10 pounds or 20 pounds lighter. If I'm not, I'm OK with that, too. I'm good as long as I'm healthy," Davis said in a recent interview.

Her fitness routine now includes regular workouts with a trainer, which helps her maintain a healthy physique and combat the effects of menopause.
