On October 31, 2019, Diamond Platnumz hosted a press conference where he addressed Tanzanian artistes and the media across East Africa.
During the conference, Diamond Platnumz was asked about his thoughts on Harmonize, particularly following the acrimonious split between Harmonize and his former recording label, WCB.
As reported by Kiss100, Harmonize was banned from using his name and performing any song under WCB after announcing his desire to leave the label.
Despite the tense situation, Diamond Platnumz expressed no illwill towards Harmonize and even extended an invitation for him to perform at the Wasafi Festival in Dar es Salaam.
