While Nairobi's Upper Hill retains its position as the most expensive location, with an acre of land costing a staggering Sh545 million, Kiserian in Kajiado County offers investors the lowest price for an acre of land at Sh7.5 million.
Other locations to find cheap land include Kitengela at Sh12.1 million per acre and Athi River at Sh13.4 million, making them attractive options for land buyers seeking to own homes in Nairobi's satellite towns.
On the other hand, Nairobi's satellite towns have seen significant price hikes, with Ruaka in Kiambu County emerging as the most expensive location, with an acre of land costing Sh90.9 million.
Among high-end estates in Nairobi, Karen offers the lowest price for an acre of land, averaging Sh62.2 million, compared to Sh84.7 million in Runda and Sh90.9 million in Kitisuru.
